Point System:
Calorie points :
0-100 calories : 4 points.
101-250 calories : 3 points.
251-400 calories : 2 points.
401-600 calories : 1 point.
601-800 calories : 0 points.
800+ calories : -1 point.
1000+ calories : -2 points.
Exercize points :
each 15 minutes of any exercizing routine: 1 point.
each 100 crunches: 2 points
1 mile walk : 1 point.
treadmill per 20 minutes: 2 points
Extras :
Big-Binge: -3 points
Binge : -2 points.
mini-binge: -1 point
Not exercizing : -1 point
taking vitamins: 1 point
Drinking soda/sweets: -1 point
Green tea : 1 point[per cup].
Resisting binge/craving : 1 point.
Giving into a craving: -1 point
Definitions of Binges:
Big-Binge- over 800 calories
Binge- between 600 and 800 calories
Mini-Binge- between 400 and 600 calories
